Junior seems stuck or unresponsive

Go to junior.so/account and click Restart. This reboots Junior while preserving all memory and files.

I want to start fresh with Junior

Go to junior.so/account and click Reset. Warning: this clears Junior's memory and workspace data.

An integration stopped working

Go to Dashboard → Integrations tab and reconnect the app. If the issue persists, reach out to the Junior team via the contact info on junior.so.

How do I connect a new app?

Go to Dashboard → Integrations tab. Click the app you want to add and follow the OAuth flow.

How do I change Junior's role?

Junior's role is set during onboarding. To change it, reach out to the Junior team via the contact info on junior.so.

Can Junior access my company's internal tools?

Junior can access any tool that has a public API and is connected via the Dashboard → Integrations tab. Junior runs in a cloud sandbox outside your corporate network, so VPN-only or intranet-only resources are not reachable by default — but if your company chooses to expose them (public endpoint, IP allowlist, bastion, API credentials, etc.), Junior can connect to them like any other client. The constraint is network reachability, not a product policy.

How do I talk to Junior?

Via Slack or Microsoft Teams (DMs, chats, or channels where Junior is added) or via the web chat at junior.so/dashboard.

Is my data safe?

Each Junior runs in a fully isolated environment — separate compute, storage, and Kubernetes namespace, with data encrypted in transit and at rest and never used to train models. See the full Security & Data Protection page for details on isolation, encryption, access control, audit, and compliance, or our privacy policy.
